Wines
Crafted with Midwest Pride. The most palate-pleasing stuff this side of the Mississippi.
WHITES
Vidal Blanc
A clean white wine touting oral notes and just a hint of minerality. Or as we like to call it, a little taste of country. Flint Hills country, that is.
Seyval Blanc
It’s French, it’s tart. Not to be confused with a French tart. It’s much more versatile than that. Smoother, too.
Riesling
The most exquisite bouquet here isn’t in floral in nature. It’s fruity and light, with fragrant notes of apple and spiced pear.
Cayuga White
White, bright, clean and crisp. But unlike a freshly laundered bed sheet, you’re supposed to drink it.
Moscato
Like yoga in a glass. With hints of green apple and almond, this light, exible wine manages to pair beautifully with both sweet and spicy dishes.
Chardonnay
Great oaks from little grapes grow. At least that’s how the saying goes around here on account of this rich chardonnay aged in American Oak.
Reds
Sunflower Red
Many gravitate toward this custom blend because it pleases palates of all kinds. Either that, or it’s just the easiest to pronounce.
Prairie Rose
A rosé by any other name would actually smell sweeter. But just because this one’s only semi-sweet doesn’t mean it’s not every bit as lovely.
Chambourcin
The only thing deeper than its purple pigment is its rich flavor. Deep enough to dive into head first. Go ahead, the lifeguard says it’s safe.
Norton
The official state grape of Missouri is only full of itself in body. Otherwise it’s a most humble grape. Just happy to be here.
Merlot
This is a thin-skinned grape. So don’t say anything about its herbaceous aroma, even if it’s true. That could be taken the wrong way.
Reserves
Cabernet Sauvignon
Youthful and bold, like a bone dry wit. Teasing hints of cherry and blackberry jam. It’s fresh, but not in the least bit offensive.
